Project Batiment was founded on 31 January 2025 by Julien Ruiz and Jonathan Rubino. After years spent running building projects for other companies, the two partners chose to carry out their own work, from demolition through to the finishing touches — every project is followed from start to finish by the same team, for a polished, carefully finished result.
Based on Route de Saint-Antoine, the company works in Nice, Monaco, Cannes and across the Alpes-Maritimes, on classic Niçois apartment buildings as well as new-build projects — with the same standard of finish throughout.
