Our Work

A Nice apartment, room by room.

Rope-access work

A façade, a difficult access: our rope-access teams step in.

Air-conditioning installation, plumbing or utility duct work on façades — our teams work on ropes and harnesses, on both period buildings in the city centre and the tallest façades.

Load-bearing wall openings

A methodology overseen by architects and structural engineers.

Every opening in a load-bearing wall is planned beforehand with an architect and a structural engineering firm, then carried out using huge diamond cutting discs capable of slicing through stone and reinforced concrete without weakening the building.
